Send a quick email to support@doodlebot.co.za with your order number and the reason for return. No long forms, no chargeback fights.

We send return instructions

Within 24 hours we'll email you the return address and instructions. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is paid by you. For faulty or damaged items, we ship a free replacement and you don't need to return the original.

Pack it up & ship it back

Pop the item into its original packaging (or any sturdy box), attach the label, and drop it at any courier counter.

What you need to know

📅30-day window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we can't process a refund but may help with replacements.

📦Condition of return

Items must be in resaleable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts. Faulty items are exempt from this requirement.

🚚Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or damaged products don't need to be returned — we'll send a free replacement.

💳Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, EFT, etc.) Within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged on arrival

Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement immediately — every order is insured.

🚫Non-returnable

Items missing parts due to misuse, or returns initiated after 30 days, are not eligible for a refund. Used markers (Doodlebot) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
